Aso North is a running community and coaching service run by Diyako Ghaffari. This page explains what we collect when you fill in the questionnaire on asonorth.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and province.
- Your running goal, current level and how many days a week you can train.
- Your age, height and weight.
- Your answers to seven health questions based on the PAR-Q+ screening questions.
Why we collect it
To recommend a training path that is safe for you, and to email you about it. We do not use your answers for anything else, and we do not sell or share them for marketing.
Consent
We only collect your answers if you tick the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your answers.
Who can see your answers
Only Diyako. Your answers are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and sent to Diyako by email. These services may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.
How long we keep it
For up to two years after we last hear from you, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
